What is a location?

An address you serve: a home or an office with its own line. A customer with three addresses is three locations. You pay for the locations active in each day of the month.

What happens after the trial?

You choose a plan. Until then nothing is charged, and every feature is on, so you can try them all.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, from any day. Each day is charged at the plan of that day. A feature you leave stays on for a notice period, and what it holds is kept.

How do we pay?

By bank transfer, against a monthly invoice with VAT, issued on the 1st for the month before.

Where is our data?

On our servers in the European Union, backed up continuously. Each ISP’s data is kept apart by the database.
