Everything an internet provider runs on

ispotik covers the whole of an ISP’s work, from the sale to the router, and from the invoice to the bank.

Customers and locations

Who pays, and every address you serve.

Customers and their locations

Each customer with any number of service locations, account numbers, and a page with everything about them.

A location’s whole life

From waiting for installation to active, paused, suspended and cancelled, with every step recorded.

Moving house, a new payer

A customer moves, or hands a location over to someone else, without losing its history.

Business accounts

Many sites of one company on one billing day, with one master invoice a month.

Contracts

Your own terms, versioned; each location’s contract drawn with its particulars and signed in the portal or on paper.

Bulk actions and disaster mode

Act on an area’s locations at once, or hold them uncharged and unchased while a disaster lasts.

Plans and billing

What you sell, and invoices that are right.

Catalog and prices

Services, plans and add-ons, with speeds and terms; new prices scheduled ahead, old ones kept for those on them.

Plan changes

Upgrades, downgrades and lateral changes, charged to the hour; a change can be reverted, or withdrawn before it starts.

Invoices and credit notes

Georgian VAT and its exemptions, gapless numbering, PDFs, and credit notes for what was charged wrongly.

Pause

A location paused for a week or a season, its days paused not charged.

Installments and late fees

Hardware paid over months; an optional fee on late invoices, always warned of in advance.

Payments and collections

Money in, and what to do when it does not come.

Wallets

Every payment pays the oldest invoices first, by itself; credit waits for the next one. Refunds and receipts in a click.

iPay and UCC

Customers pay at the terminals they already use; the payment arrives in their wallet within moments.

Collections

Reminders by email and SMS, then suspension into a walled garden, and the line back once paid.

Promises to pay

A customer promises a day, from the portal or by phone, and collections wait for it.

Cancellation and bad debt

Leaving at the end of the cycle or at once, withdrawing, reopening, and writing off what will not be paid.

The network

What every subscriber’s router gets, and when.

RADIUS for your routers

MikroTik, or any router that speaks RADIUS. Each location gets a PPPoE login, and the platform answers who may connect.

Speeds and addresses

Speeds by plan, static addresses and pools, and IPv6 prefixes, all from the platform.

Always in step

Every 30 seconds each session is checked against what it should have, and the router told when it changes.

The walled garden

A suspended subscriber reaches only the payment page; once paid, they are back online at once.

Field work and hardware

Technicians, warehouses, and the time a line is down.

Repairs

A fault becomes a job for a technician; the customer is told, collections hold, and the time down is credited.

Outages and planned work

An outage or maintenance tells the customers it touches, before and after.

Hardware

Devices from stock to the customer and back, with their fees, installments and returns.

Your customers

What they see of you.

A portal in your brand

Your name, colours and logo; customers see their invoices and services, promise to pay, and ask to cancel or to be erased.

Emails, SMS and documents

Invoices, receipts, reminders and notices by email with PDFs, and by SMS through Geocell, each tracked to delivery.

Agents

The people who sell and collect in the field.

Agents and commissions

Agents sign customers up and take their cash, under commission plans and cash limits, with statements.

A desk of their own

Agents work in a console made for a phone.

Your team and your data

Who does what, and who did.

Roles

Admins, billing clerks, read-only staff, technicians, warehouse staff and agents, each reaching their part.

A second factor

Staff sign in with a password and an authenticator.

The audit trail

Who changed what, and when, for every record.

The API

Keys with a role, and a reference of every route, to connect your own tools.

Reports

How the business is doing.

Dashboard charts

Invoiced and collected, debt by age, active locations, sales and cancellations, payments by channel, each bar opening its list.

Statistics for the regulator

Subscribers, breakdowns, tariffs, revenue without VAT and ARPU for any months, as CSV, shaped after ComCom’s indicators.

Coming next

What we are building now. Not in the platform yet.

Coming next

Card payments online

Customers paying their invoices by card in the portal.

Coming next

Invoices reported to RS.ge, and the regulator’s own forms.
